Trucks

Our neighbours are currently extending their house so there are often trucks outside our house which Mark finds very exciting!

Thomas likes to lie in bed and look up at his mobile which spins around and plays music. 

Putting on weight

We had Thomas weighed on Tuesday. He is now 5.34kg - he has put on 2kg since he was born! So they do get bigger. He was starting to settle into a feeding routine but last night he was very unsettled and it has all been thrown out of wack. Hope the new routine comes soon and involves more sleep! Stephen is away overnight for work again tonight so I have the boys to myself for two days, always makes life a bit more stressful. Afrien of ours just had her second child on Tuesday - another boy! They now have 2 boys as well - all these boys around the place. Where have all the girls gone?

Still so little

Mark's highchair makes a good chair for Thomas during the day. 

Brothers

Mark and Thomas. Mark is starting to take a little interest in Thomas and I have caught him at Thomas' cot saying OK baby when he is crying, but he still refuses to say Thomas' name!

Ukulele!

Mark got a little Ukulele for his brithday which he loves! He sits and plays the guitar during the day - problem is he hands it to Stephen and I to play songs and neither of us can play it - Stephen is trying to learn quickly!

Here is the cake I baked for Mark for his train birthday party. Turned out alright I think - kept me busy on Saturday anyway! 

Growing Up

Thomas is starting to become more social and starting to play a bit. He is starting to like lying on his play mat for short periods of time and is starting to make some little cooing noises and smiling at us. Makes looking after him much more fun! 

New Car

We picked up our new car on Wednesday. A 1 year old Magna with 4years left on the warranty. Bit bigger than we had planned, but it won't do too many kms around Toowoomba. Mark is excited about Daddy's big red car - just like the Wiggles!
