German Weekend

We had a lovely long weekend with Aaron, Annette, Ben and Emily, and Annette's parents Dieter and Dorette coming to visit. Her parents are visiting from Germany at the moment for a month. We stayed with them in Germany when I was pregnant with Mark and they follow my blog, so it was nice to introduce them to our kids in person! It was a very hot weekend, but we still had fun. Stephen says he missed lots of the conversation. I understood everything, but only practiced a bit of my German!

4 Months Old

Heidi is 4 months old today! She weighs 6.6kg and is 64cm long. She is such a happy little girl, who just loves lying around on the floor smiling at people. She is getting so much stronger, and she is starting to like to hold things and have a bit of a look at them or chew on them. She has started to suck on her fingers / thumb. Lately she has gone back to 2 night feeds again which is a bit sad for me - getting tired again. Last night she fed at 1am then again at 5.15am and was then up for the day.

Heidi's Baptism

Heidi was baptised on the weekend. She looked so pretty in her little dress! It was a lovely day with friends and family and beautiful weather.
