Repressed Poo!

Do you think Heidi was hanging on all day? Got home from the baptism and fed Heidi and she exploded out everywhere with poo!!! Never done one quite like that before!

Baptism of Ryan Hilko

We spent the day in Brisbane yesterday for Ryan's baptism. Was good to catch up with some family. Don't these 3 boys look so similar?! Myles was a bit of a terror - "Free to good home" said Astrid. He managed to froth up a whole bathroom with foam made from hand soap and stuff a toilet roll down a toilet during lunch!

On the verandah

The kids love to all spend time out on the verandah together. Heidi loves being outside - hope someone doesn't pinch her one day! Heidi is now 5 months old and weighs 7.4kg and is 65.5cm long. Thankfully the last few nights she has dropped back to one night feed.

Black Eye

Mark managed to get a black eye when we went to the park the other day. He was chasing a ball downhill and tripped and hit his head on the edge of a table. Was pretty swollen and nasty for a while, but is getting much better now.

Feet!

Heidi found her feet on the 19th Sept and since then she thinks they are great. Grabbing them at any opportunity! She is growing up. Last night she finished a whole bowl of rice cereal - a first for her!

Carnival

Last weekend we watched the parade for Carnival of Flowers and also looked at the old cars that were being judged. Had a busy morning out and about, but the boys had a good time. Heidi decided she wanted to sit in the toddler seat at the front of the stoller - lots of people commented as we walked past!

Neve and Heidi

Neve came to visit yesterday. She is exactly 2 months younger than Heidi, but they are about the same size. We had a lovely picnic in the flower park with Iain and Sian and the girls. Our 2 boys ran around like crazy which was great. Great way to spend an afternoon.

Superhero Thomas

I sewed this cape for Thomas for his birthday. The boys love to play superheros.

Cheeky boy

Presents.....

Thomas had a wonderful 3rd birthday yesterday. He wanted a 'shooting thing' so we bought him this foam rocket which he loved. Can't believe our little boy is 3 already. He really is a nice little guy. Very gentle and loving. He is quite emotional and it takes a bit of work to keep him on an even keel. He is a disorganised little man with a short attention span. He is quite creative though, with a good imagination and can occupy himself well. He is 95cm tall now. Yesterday he did his first poo on the potty - hooray! Happy birthday our little Tommy - we love you!

We had a party for him at Playgroup - Stephen and Mark came along too.
