Back to the real world

Last weekend we went away with my whole family to Mooloolaba for our 25 years in Australia celebration. Had a lovely time. It was great to see my sister Sigrun from Malaysia and her family - got to meet Mark's younger cousin Declan! The two little ones had fun playing together.

Since we have been back home I have been busy catching up with washing etc. Mark is also sick which is not so nice. On Monday night he came down with his first fever - I was quite stressed. His temp went up to 38.8 and he was so red and hot. Luckily it quickly came down with some panadol. He has not been sleeping that well at night as a result though and has been very clingy at night and I must admit has ended up in our bed the last three nights. He has been sleeping in till 7.30 in the mornings instead of his usual 6am wake ups. So our alarm clock has gone, and Stephen has been getting to work later! Hopefully he gets better soon.
