Putting up the tree



We put our tree up on Saturday and the boys helped so well and were so excited. Mark said "Will people come just to see our tree?" He must think we are the only ones to have one and he feels so in awe of it!

Petra told me of your beautiful ornaments and tradition to by one each week of Advent. Anything this year?

It warms my heart too to see the kids doing it. Declan was looking under it each morning for presents and they were singing carols under it themselves. I did very little this year on it; K supervised the junior and they 'tinselled' it to bits- I wish we could please Mark with a visit to your tree... one day, Mark...

Ruth says: My kids also helped me this year to put the tree together and place all the ornaments on the tree - great excitement. We then also always sing carols at night with the Christmas tree lights on and other lights off at least once a week starting from the 1st of advent.
