It is Mark's 6th birthday today! I made him this soccer ball cake (with help from Kim! - thanks Kim!!). The day started very early with a treasure hunt for his presents (Daddy organised this). Then a bit of a play before school. I went to school for morning tea - with cup cakes for all the kids in his class. Mark will have his friend Bailey sleep over at our house tonight for the first time, and Simon will also be coming for cake and a play after school. What more could a little boy ask for?? Mark wants to have McDs for dinner....Mark is a lovely boy. He is very responsible, and very clever!! He has fantastic reading abilities, and is fascinated by history - especially about knights and castles. He is also sport crazy. He has tennis lessons once a week and is doing very well. His teacher at school says she wishes she had 20 Mark's in the class :-)
