Our poor little guy was diagnosed with 2 infected ears on Tuesday morning. He has been on antibiotics since, but on Tuesday he vomitted up his meds so did not really start till yesterday. He is not really showing any signs of improving yet but has only been 24hrs, Dr said would take probably 48hrs. He is not drinking at all unless forced, but is still eating some food. It has been hard on me the last few days though as he has just been irritable and clingy ALL day which is very draining.
Please pray he gets better soon. Luckily he has been sleeping OK the last few nights.
On a brighter note - we are going shopping and lunching with Petra today which will be fun!

Ruth says: That is not nice to hear that Mark has an ear infection. I normally found that Christine responded very well once she was on antibiotic. You might still need to give him Panadol or Nurofen for the pain. Nurofen also has anti-inflammatory properties so it might be better to have that one but they do say it should be taken with food so that could be a bit more tricky. Hopefully he takes his medicine well. You could try making him some jelly as that might be soothing and help giving him some energy. We hope he feels better soon.
