Layout

A quick description of our extra bit of house - the top two rooms you can see are bedrooms, next to them will be a bathroom and toilet. Downstairs will be a single garage, laundry and workshop / storage area. Our current bathroom inside will be taken out and the room extended leaving an open plan Kitchen, dining, lounge room with deck wrapping around the side of the house. Don't know if this helps! Hope it made some sense.
